I have a problem with some textures when it is baked.

Please see images.

Original building color.

After baking it looks like this.

Please note that part of the roof has the same texture that whole building and it showing right.

What can be a problem?

Does it related to the building geometry or sun?

Some of other textures also has artifacts.
