How to integrate your DocuSign account with the reservation system

How to integrate your DocuSign account with hauzd Reservation System

DocuSign allows you to quickly and securely make every agreement and approval digital, from almost anywhere in the world, on practically any device. It's simple to use and implement, so even complex workflows can be quickly automated, keeping your business moving forward, faster.

In Order to integrate DocuSign with hauzd Reservation System you will need to gather the following information:

      1. API Username
      2. Client ID / Integration Key
      3. Private Key
      4. Template ID
      5. Granting Permission

Getting all this credentials is really easy following our guide.






1. API Username

API Username is created automatically with your account, in order to get the value you will need to go to:
You will need to go to Setting -> Integrations -> Apps and Keys. Under My Account Information you will see a field called API Username





2. Client ID / Integration Key

In order to get a private key you will need to generate an Integration Key.
You will need to go to Setting -> Integrations -> Apps and Keys and find the button ADD APP & INTEGRATION Key



Once you create your App Key you will see your Integration Key displayed



IMPORTANT! Please fill in the Redirect URI field with your project's link (f.e: https://sample.hauzd.com%29/ wqith the ADD URI button.




3. Private Key

In order to get a private key you will need to generate an Integration Key (step 2).
You will need to go to Setting -> Integrations -> Apps and Keys and find your App Key created and Edit it.

Once you see the Service Integration tab you will click on ADD RSA KEYPAR button.
Please notice the Private Key will be available only once and can never be consulted again so write down the full key with the header and footer (--BEGIN--, --END).





4. Template ID

In order to get your Template ID you should go to Templates, and select your template.
Once the template is clicked on the top part of the view you will see a button called Template ID where you will get the Template ID.





5. Granting permission

Last step when all the previous steps are done is granting permission to the app.
You will have to login to our Admin Panel, go to the project's Reservation tab and click on the Grant Permission button.
IMPORTANT: This process can be only made after all credentials from last steps are loaded and saved.






After this is done, DocuSign is ready to use for your reservation system.
