Connect hauzd to hundreds of other apps with Zapier

Zapier lets you connect hauzd to 2,000+ other web services. Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.

Each Zap has one app as the **Trigger**, where your information comes from and which causes one or more **Actions** in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.

Sign up for a free Zapier account, from there you can jump right in.

How do I connect hauzd to Zapier?

1. Log in to your Zapier account or create a new account.
   

2. Navigate to "My Apps" from the top menu bar.
   

3. Now click on "Connect a new account..." and search for "hauzd".
   

4. Use your credentials to connect hauzd to Zapier.
   

5. Once that's done you can start creating an automation! Use a pre-made Zap or create your own with the Zap Editor. Creating a Zap requires no coding knowledge and you'll be walked step-by-step through the setup.

As an example, take a look on how you can connect hauzd App to Zoho CRM using Zapier:

Zoho CRM is one of the most popular CRMs; with these simple steps, you will be able to connect hauzd admin data and sync it with your Zoho CRM module:

1. Log in or register in Zapier.

2. Create a Zap.

3. Select Zoho CRM in the app Selection Field.

4. In "Choose Trigger Event", select "Update Module Entry and click CONTINUE when enabled.

5. Log in into your Zoho CRM account.

6. Choose the module you use to manage your units, in this example, it will be the "Apartments" Module.

7. Click on "Test your Trigger".

8. You will see what Zapier gets from your CRM and the data you can synchronize.

9. Select hauzd as the app that will receive the action from the trigger.

10. In "Choose Action Event", select "Update Unit Properties".

11. Log in into hauzd with your Real Estate Collaborator Account.

12. Choose the hauzd project.

 

13. Map the properties in admin with your fields in your CRM.

The name field in the CRM is what will be used to find the unit in the admin and synchronize the data with the correct unit in the CRM, this means, the CRM ID in HAUZD admin, must be the same as the name in the CRM.

14. After mapping all props and fields, you can test the connection and continue.

15. You will get a success message confirming that all the mapping is correctly configured and you can turn on the Zap integration immediately. 

16. Congrats! You're set!.
